1. Install Microsoft Authenticator on Your New Phone

The first step is to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new phone from the respective app store.

2. Open Microsoft Authenticator on Your Old Phone

Next, open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your old phone and tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Tap on "Transfer Accounts"

From the menu that appears, select "Transfer accounts" and then tap on "Export accounts."

4. Scan the QR Code on Your New Phone

Now, on your new phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator app and tap on "Begin Transfer." Scan the QR code displayed on your old phone using your new phone's camera.

5. Confirm the Transfer

Once the QR code is scanned, all your accounts and settings will be transferred to your new phone. Confirm the transfer by entering the security key or PIN that you set up on your old phone.

6. Verify Your Accounts

After the transfer is complete, make sure to verify all your accounts on your new phone to ensure that all authentication codes are working correctly.

By following these steps, you can easily move your Microsoft Authenticator app to a new phone without any hassle.
