Lucid Tips and Tricks

Its important to reboot once a week.  Lucid needs to reconnect your computer and reauthenticate it every week.  We have found some users have lost work because Lucid stopped uploading documents because they were no longer authenticated.


Connect to multiple Lucid Drives




Upgrade Lucid - If the upgrade does not move past admin credentials, please let the help desk know so we can add it.
