Monitors not connecting when plugged into docking station

  1. Make sure power is on
  2. Right click on an empty spot on your desktop
  3. Click on Display settings A screenshot of a computer

  4. Scroll down until you see Multiple displays and make sure the drop down is on Extend desktop to this display

  1. Unplug laptop from docking station then plug back in
  2. Run Dell updates
  3. Send an email to helpdesk
